Leaving your pet with a stranger is never an easy decision, and I’m sure you have a lot of questions about how it works. I’ve compiled some of the most common questions into the list below. If you want further information, just get in touch.

What size would you consider my dog to be?

Do you take large dogs?

Yes, we absolutely do! Any Dogs of Any Size!

Do I need to make an appointment?

We Prefer that a Appointment be made at least the day prior for our Full Service Packages but we will accept walk ins as long as scheduling permits it. You do not need a appointment if your wanting to get nails trimmed..

Do I drop off my dog and come back later or do I stay until they are done?

You are more than welcome to stay throughout the entire process however since it generally takes 4-5 hours and can be distracting for the dog. We will give you a call as soon as they are ready for pick-up.

How long will it take for my appointment?

The length of each service varies on multiple factors such as Breed, Coat type, behavior, etc, as well as how booked we are. We like to say generally it will take about 4-5 hours. Appointments are taken and serviced in the order that is on the schedule, dropping off your dog earlier will not bump them ahead of other appointments. Scheduled appointments have priority over walk-ins.

How long will it take to get my dog groomed if I didn't schedule an appointment?

Depending on that day's schedule will determine if we can take a walk-in request, other than nail trims. If we are able to take the client(s), the length of time is determined by the appointments already scheduled.
